2. Mandatory First Step – Email Contact

Without prior email contact, a return or refund request is not valid.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.
3. Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

Unused and unworn

In original condition

With original tags and packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
4. Damage Caused by the Carrier
If the package or item was damaged during shipping by the carrier:

The customer must notify us immediately upon delivery

Photos of the outer packaging as received

Photos of the inner packaging

Photos of the damaged item
The customer must provide:

Claims without photo documentation of the packaging in the condition it was delivered will be rejected.
5. Damage Not Caused by the Carrier

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for damage not caused by shipping, delivery, or carrier handling.

This includes damage caused by use, improper handling, wear and tear, or accidents after delivery.
6. Return Shipping Costs

The item arrived damaged due to shipping

The wrong item was delivered
Return shipping costs are covered by KINGSEVEN only if:

In all other cases, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
7. Change of Mind Returns

If the item arrived in perfect condition and matches the order, but the customer decides to return it for personal reasons, return shipping costs are non-refundable.

In such cases, we may offer assistance with choosing another product or a discount for a future order.
9. Exchanges

Items must be returned and approved first.

A new order must be placed separately.
10. Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
